Ingles es importante

I was looking for hotel last week. It's for my convocation. Excited enough?? NOT AT ALL!!! I was really down when my parents asked me to book a hotel for the convocation day. Seriously, i feel ashamed and sad of myself. I can't afford to pay for the hotel room, air tickets what more to sponsor them while staying there. Moreover, both of them never been to KL, not even once. That's why they are so excited and insisted me to book "everything" instantly... Enough of that.. Wanna share with you what did i go through while doing the reservation for room.

Girl 1: Hello. P*** Hotel. Good morning. Can help you?
Me: Hello. Good morning. I would like to book a room please.
Girl 1:  Huh? Room? What date cik?
Me: On the 26 of September... which is next month..
Girl 1: Month? Wait cik...
*song played*-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Girl 2: Yes, can i help you?
Me: Err just now i said that i want to book a room.
Girl 2: A? Huh?
Me: I would like to book a room please.
Girl 2: *talking slowly to other person* oo die nak book bilik... Ok sir. Your name?
Me: I'm Valentine and i need a standard room.
Girl 2: Huh?! Valentine Day? Next February sir?
Me:  No no no.. *confused akak* Next month. September.
Girl 2: Wait sir.
*song played* ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Manager: Yes, Good morning sir. What can i do for you?
Me: Errrr... Is this P**** Hotel?
Manager: Yes, it is.
Me: Because, just now i talked to two ladies that i would like to book a room and seem confused...i ...
Manager: I'm so sorry sir. Both of them didn't communicate well in English.
Me: Hemm... Oh.. ok. Dalam hati ku menjerit *Kenape la suruh dia orang jadi receptionist..kan dah nak abis credit tepon aku nih*

Then i proceed with the floor, where i asked for standard room and my actual date to come and stay in their hotel. Yes, it is hard for some people to communicate in English. They really need help in order to get better.

Same goes with the students. I feel a bit sad that when ever the students don't know/ can't communicate well in English they will quickly pt the blame on teachers. They said that teachers don't have the language to teach, didn't play their important role in educating the students and *makan gaji buta*. Oh my... Everything goes to teachers.
Because of that, i totally agree with this article where by she wrote about dilemma within English teacher. http://www.themalaysianinsider.com/sideviews/article/rungkai-dilema-guru-b.-inggeris-elviza-michele-kamal/

p/s: Please read the 1st comment inside that article. What a moron mind set...
